The Visitacion Valley Redevelopment Program has been over 10 years in the making, but it is only just beginning to enter the most exciting parts of the development process. We invite you to stay involved with the project 

 

Below are events that have recently occurred or are scheduled in the coming weeks:

 

January 10, 2012: Visitacion Valley Citizens Advisory Committee meeting at Recology Environmental Learning Center (401 Tunnel Avenue). 6:00 to 7:00 PM. Discussion topics include the recent California Supreme Court decision that will abolish Redevelopment in February 2012.(Download Agenda)

 

January 14, 2012: Visitacion Valley Planning Alliance meeting at Visitacion Valley Library Community Meeting Room (Leland Avenue at Rutland Avenue). 10 AM to 12 Noon to discuss the abolishment of Redevelopment and its impact on the Schlage Lock site.
